Who are Fit Out Finance?

Fit Out Finance is a trading style of Business Funding Portal Limited, a UK based business loan, leasing and asset finance broker. We are a privately-owned UK based company and specialise in financing of fit outs. We are proud to be part of the WestWon family of companies, a long established and well-known leasing company with offices in High Wycombe and Leicester.

Mark Jones is the founder and Managing Director of the company, a leasing veteran with over thirty years’ experience in leasing and asset finance.

What is the size of the group?

Our group of companies employs over thirty people, a number of which are regionally based field sales people. Hence, we are able to support our customers and business partners throughout the UK.

There are two operations teams based out of the main UK offices to handle all lease processing, credit approvals, leasing payouts and customer service.

What makes us different from other business loan, leasing and asset finance companies?

  • Focus

    In the UK, there are only a few leasing companies that can honestly say they focus just on this market. We are one of them, hence have the skills and experience to help make your office move, hotel renovation, shop refit a success.

  • Technology

    Since 2006, our group company has invested in excess of £400,000 into our own bespoke customer relationship management system. This has been designed and written specifically for the specialist requirements of the leasing and asset finance sector.

    The system has been built with you – an end user customer or supplier – in mind. Our online portal allows our customers to see all correspondence, agreements, copies of invoices, start and end dates and marketing material. Our suppliers can also see this data, in addition to gaining pre-approval on prospects and being able to complete an online quotation.

    We have a full time member of staff based in the UK that is in charge of software development. We do not use third party companies to make enhancements to our CRM system and customer and supplier portals.

    In 2018, we have launched a text based communication system and later in the year, Fit Out Finance will be offering a free to use APP.

    We have already worked on many fit out projects, office moves, warehouse relocations in the UK. We have undertaken business with many suppliers of these products and services.

    We can offer advice as to what suppliers to use, what options to look at.
